1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Allefe Services Private Limited’s (“Allefe”, “we”, “our”) digital payment infrastructure tools, APIs, SaaS platforms, SDKs, dashboards, and associated services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Allefe is a technology provider that builds infrastructure for digital transactions. We do not act as a payment aggregator, payment processor, financial institution, or wallet service.
2. Definitions
Client / Merchant: Any business integrating Allefe’s technology.
End-User: User whose information may be processed via client integrations.
Platform: Allefe’s API, dashboards, SDKs, or automation tools.
Non-custodial: Allefe does not store, hold, or control funds.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be a legally registered business entity
Agree not to misuse or reverse-engineer our systems
4. Nature of Services
Allefe provides:
API-driven payment infrastructure
Real-time transaction data handling
KYC & AML automation tools
Fraud-monitoring & analytics
Merchant onboarding modules
Developer SDKs and integration support
Allefe does not provide money transfer, settlement, escrow, or payment aggregation.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Ensure lawful use of data
Obtain consent from end-users
Follow regulatory requirements applicable to their industry
Not use Allefe for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
Ensure credentials, API keys, and access tokens remain secure
Clients are solely responsible for interactions with their customers.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime. However:
Scheduled maintenance may occur
Unforeseen outages may happen
We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers or internet issues
7. Prohibited Uses
Clients must not:
Modify or tamper with platform components
Attempt unauthorized access
Breach security protocols
Reverse-engineer software or APIs
Use the system for harmful or unlawful purposes
8. Intellectual Property
Allefe retains all rights to:
Software
APIs
Code
SDKs
Documentation
Algorithms
Brand assets and trademarks
Clients receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform.
9. Data Privacy & Security
Data processed through Allefe must comply with:
DPDP Act 2023
ISO/IEC 27001 standards
Global information security practices
Clients must:
Provide accurate data
Use secure channels for transmission
Not store or transmit illegal content
10. Third-Party Integrations
Clients may integrate the Services with banks, aggregators, verification partners, or other third parties. Allefe is not responsible for the performance or actions of these third parties.
11. Fees & Payments
Pricing is defined in service agreements or contracts. Failure to pay may lead to service suspension.
12. Termination
Allefe may terminate access if:
Terms are violated
Illegal or harmful activity is detected
Security risks arise
Payment obligations remain unresolved
Clients may also revoke access at any time.
13. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Allefe is not liable for financial loss, business interruption, or data loss
Services are provided “as is”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation
We are not responsible for third-party system failures
14. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Allefe against claims arising from:
Improper use of APIs
Violation of laws
Misuse of end-user data
Unauthorized activities
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
16. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
